Charles Hutton offers various chronograph and complication inspired by the British heritage.
To start with your first Charles Hutton purchase, browse for your preferred watch and click on it. Once routed to the watch’s main page, click on “Add to Cart” button.
A prompt will appear on the right side of the website. Click on “Checkout” Here, you can see the details of your purchase- price, quantity, and a current subtotal of the products/s in your cart. If you have a coupon, you can input the code in the “Coupon Code” box and hit “Apply Coupon.”
The discounted amount will not be displayed automatically unless you “Proceed to Checkout” page. Here, the final discounted amount will be displayed before placing your order.
If you are experiencing errors while placing an order, it is possible that there could be a problem with your information. Most of the time, the problem is about having different addresses on your billing information and your credit card. In this case, please review the entered information and check if both addresses match each other.
However, if both names and addresses (order and the card) are correct but you are still having the same problem, please contact your credit card provider for assistance.

-Check if the security code of your card is incorrect. For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, it is the last 3 digits on the back of your card. For American Express, it is the 4 small digits located on the front of your card.
Pending authorizations due to multiple unsuccessful orders shall drop off within 3-5 business days or upon your bank’s approval. If you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Charles Hutton ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping dates are dependent upon your credit card verification, so please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Deliveries are from Monday – Friday as well.

Yes. Every order can be tracked using its tracking number which will be sent to your email address. Please wait for 1-2 business days to receive the email. Otherwise, if you do not receive anything, please contact our Customer Service with your order confirmation number to get your tracking number.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Charles Hutton watches cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Order/s can be canceled, provided that the reason is acceptable, justifiable, and is under our internal guidelines and procedures.

Return/s and/or exchange/s of item/s can be done for any kind of reason within thirty days (30) after the recipient receives his/her order.
Before shipping your return/ exchange, please contact us by our Customer Service, give the order reference number, and the reason for the return/ exchange of the item.
Please take note that failure to contact us before shipping back the item to us can cause delay, or in worst cases, may be a reason to forfeit your chance of getting your refund or exchange.
Also, the return/ exchange item(s) should be in the same condition, in its original packaging with all original tags and protections attached and never worn. You may exchange an item only one time.

A complication is another function of a watch, aside from displaying the time. It can range from a simple one to the extraordinary works of horology. It also has combined tasks that usually take years to create by expert watchmakers.
A chronograph is a type of watch which in layman’s term referring to a wristwatch with a stopwatch or a timer feature. Chronographs become very popular in the early 20th century and are one of the most useful tools of early aviators. Its invention also paves way for a tachymeter, a scale found on the bezel of a watch that can be used to calculate speed or distance traveled.
GMT stands for Greenwich Meridian Time or Greenwich Mean Time. It is the basis of setting time in every time zone in the world. In a nutshell, it is the “meantime” from which the rest of the world’s time zones are compared.
Through this, the time in any location can be calculated by knowing the time in Greenwich, England. This is done by adding or subtracting hours from that time, based on time zone.
In watches, a dual-time watch has two-hour hands. It is used to indicate time in two different time zones. GMT and dual-time are often associated together, although not all GMT watches are true dual-time and vice-versa.
All Charles Hutton Chronographs have a two-year warranty.
